Ingredients
  

  • 1.8 oz (4 ½ tablespoons) coarselyground Saxbys Cold Brew Coffee
  • 3 ½ cups milk of choice (our faves arewhole or almond milk for this recipe)
  • 2 slices apple pie, about ¼ of a pie
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup simple syrup, optional

Instructions
 

  • In a mason jar, add ground cold brew coffee. Top with 10 ounces (1 ¼ cups)of water, pouring in a circular motion. Stir coffee and water. Cover and letsit for 20 hours.
  • In a pitcher, add milk, apple pie, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Using awooden spoon, mix and break up the pieces of the pie. Cover and place inthe fridge overnight, or for up to 24 hours.
  • Break the crust of the cold brew and strain into a clean container.
  • Using a strainer, drain apple pie milk into a pitcher. Use a wooden spoon topress all of the milk out of the pie.
  • Add cold brew concentrate and simple syrup (if using).
  • Serve over ice or store in the refrigerator for up to five days.
