Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbs peanut oil
  • 500 g pork mince
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp finely grated ginger
  • 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
  • 150 g wood ear mushrooms (black fungus
  • 1 bunch Chinese broccoli, cut into 4cm lengths
  • 2 tbs light soy sauce
  • 1 tbs sesame oil
  • 1 tbs Shaoxing wine
  • steamed rice & toasted sesame seeds, to serve

Instructions
 

  • Heat wok over high heat.
  • Add the peanut oil and the pork and stir-fry for 7-8minutes, breaking up the mince until caramelised inparts and browned.
  • Add the garlic, ginger and chilli. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant, then add the mushrooms,broccoli, soy, sesame oil and Shaoxing wine.
  • Toss together and put a lid on for 1-2 minutes toslightly steam the broccoli.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with steamedrice.
