Ingredients
  

  • 200 g papaya
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 30 ml coconut yoghurt
  • 15 g peanut butter protein powder
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries
  • 1/2 TBSP cacau nibs (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Halve a papaya and scoop out the seeds.
  • Squeeze over some lemon juice.
  • Mix the yoghurt with the protein powder.
  • Put the yoghurt into the papaya.
  • Top with mixed berries and cacau nibs.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

ADDITIONAL INFO
To add a portion of protein, use 30 g protein powder.
