- 200 g papaya
- 1/2 lemon
- 30 ml coconut yoghurt
- 15 g peanut butter protein powder
- 1/4 cup mixed berries
- 1/2 TBSP cacau nibs (optional)
- Halve a papaya and scoop out the seeds.
- Squeeze over some lemon juice.
- Mix the yoghurt with the protein powder.
- Put the yoghurt into the papaya.
- Top with mixed berries and cacau nibs.
ADDITIONAL INFO To add a portion of protein, use 30 g protein powder.
