Course Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package of strawberry Jello
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3 tablespoons suga
  • 3/4 cub melted butter
  • 8- ounce package of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 8 -ounce container of Cool Whip
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 (10-ounces) bags of frozen strawberries
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple

Instructions
 

  • Blend 3 tablespoons of sugar and ¾ cups ofmelted butter with crushed pretzels and pressinto long deep pan 13x9x2 inches. Bake in oven7 min. 400 degrees and let.
  • Mix cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and CoolWhip. Then spread this over cooled pretzels.
  • Make one package of strawberry Jello, usingonly 2 cups of boiling water to dissolve Jello.Refrigerate Jello until simi-gelled.
  • Blend 2 (10-ounce) bags of frozen strawberriesand one small can of crushed pineapples(DRAINED).
  • When Jello is semi-gelled, stir in strawberrypineapple mixture.
  • Spread Jello on cheese mixture and refrigerateuntil ready to use.
