Ingredients
  

  • 2 (5 oz) containers of Aldi Shredded ParmesanCheese
  • 1/2 carton of Aldi Half & Half
  • 1 lb. Aldi Specially Selected Gourmet Capricci
  • 4 Tbsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup of Salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat large pot of water to boil and then add 1/4cup of salt.
  • Add pasta and cook until al dente and reserveone coffee mug of pasta water.
  • While pasta is cooking, heat half & half andfreshly ground black pepper over medium heatuntil bubbles start to form.
  • Add strained and cooked al dente pasta to half& half while on medium to low heat.
  • Add 1/2 of one container of shreddedparmesan cheese to pasta until cheese ismelted.
  • Alternating between pasta water and cheese,add 1/4 of reserved pasta water until sauceloosens, add another 1/2 container of shreddedparmesan cheese to thicken, and continue toalternate until all of the cheese is used.
  • Serve & enjoy!
