Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless pork chops (2.5cm thick)
  • 3 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp flaked salt
  • ¾ tbsp chilli powder
  • ¾ tbsp garlic powder
  • ¼ – ½ tbsp ground cayennePinch of white sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl orre-sealable bag and coat pork chops in dry rub.Allow to chill for about 1 hour.
  • Turn on the Grill. and set to 230°C.
  • Once heated, place the chops on the grill in theclosed position. Pork chops are done when aninstant – read thermometer reads 62°C in thethickest part, about 5 minutes.
  • Allow the chops to rest covered with foil -about 5 minutes before serving.
