Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana, cut into 2.5-5cmpieces
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 serving protein powder
  • 1 cup oat milk

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients, in the order listed, intothe tumbler. Secure the blade assembly
  • Blend until smooth, about 45 seconds to 1minute.
  • Serve immediately
