Course salaad

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked faro or freekah, cold
  • 200 g edamame
  • 150 g smoked salmon
  • 1 avocado, quartered & thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 100 g baby spinach leaves
  • Pickled ginger
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Low salt soy sauce or ponzu sauce

Instructions
 

  • Divide the faro between 4 bowls then add theremaining ingredients to build a bowl ofdelicious colour. Top with some ginger, sesameseeds and drizzle with soy sauce to taste.
