Ingredients
  

  • 6 fresh or frozen peaches

Instructions
 

  • Bring a medium saucepan of water to boil.Place the peaches into the boiling water for45 seconds. Remove the peaches with aslotted spoon and place peaches in a largebowl of ice water.
  • When the peaches are cool enough tohandle, use a paring knife to puncture theskin. Use your fngers to pull off the skin insheets.
  • Slice each peach in half and pull out the pits.
  • Add peaches to the mixing beaker andblend until smooth.
  • Add a little sugar, honey or maple syrup ifwanting to sweeten it up as a desserttopping or to add to cocktails.
