Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana, cut into 5-6cm
  • 1 tsps flax oil
  • 1 tsps pure maple syrup
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup oat milk

Instructions
 

  • Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed,into the mixing beaker.
  • Blend until smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds.
  • Serve immediately.
