Course smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 3 frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup fresh mango, cut into 1cm pieces
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup low-fat yoghurt
  • ½ cup juice
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients, in the order listed, intothe tumbler. Secure the blade assembly
  • Blend until smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds.
  • Serve immediately.
