Ingredients
  

  • 1 pork shoulder (5 pounds), bone-in
  • teaspoons kosher salt
  • teaspoons black pepper
  • teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 small onion, quartered
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 full orange peel (no white)
  • 2 oranges, juiced
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions
 

  • Season the pork shoulder with salt, pepper, cumin,oregano, and coriander.
  • Place the seasoned pork shoulder in a large pot along withany seasoning that did not stick to the pork.
  • Add in the bay leaves, garlic cloves, onion, cinnamonstick, and orange peel.
  • Squeeze in the juice of two oranges and one lime andcover with foil.
  • Insert the wire rack at low position in the Cosori SmartAir Fryer Toaster Oven, then place the pot on the rack.
  • Select the Slow Cook function and press Start/Pause.
  • Remove carefully when done, uncover, and removethe bone.
  • Shred the carnitas and use them in tacos, burritos, or anyother way you please.
