Ingredients
  

Wings Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • ½ tablespoon black pepper
  • tablespoon onion powder
  • tablespoon garlic powder
  • ¾ tablespoon ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon gochugaru
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Cooking spray
  • Toasted sesame seeds, for sprinkling

Sauce Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Korean gojuchang redpepper paste
  • 2 tablespoon hite distilled vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients for the wings except thecooking spray and sesame seeds in a large bowl. Mix well.
  • Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Smart Air FryerToaster Oven, adjust temperature to 400°F, and pressStart/Pause.
  • Spray both sides of the wings with cooking spray.
  • Place the wings into the fry basket, then insert the basketat mid position in the preheated oven.
  • Select the Air Fry function, adjust time to 25 minutes,then press Start/Pause.
  • Mix together sauce ingredients until well combined,then microwave on high for 30 seconds. Set aside.
  • Remove wings when done, then place the wings andsauce in a large bowl and toss together until the wings arewell coated.
  • Sprinkle the wings with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
