Ingredients
  

Chicken Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoons pepper

Chermoula Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup fresh mint
  • ½ teaspoons red chili flake
  • ½ teaspoons cumin seeds
  • ½ teaspoons coriander seeds
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
  • ¾ teaspoons smoked paprika
  • ¾ teaspoons salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the chermoula sauce ingredients in a blenderor food processor. Pulse until smooth. Taste and add salt ifneeded. Place into a bowl and set aside.
  • Slice the chicken breast in half lengthwise and lightlypound with a meat tenderizer until both halves are about½-inch thick.
  • Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Smart Air FryerToaster Oven, adjust temperature to 430°F, and pressStart/Pause.
  • Line the food tray with foil, then place the chicken breastson the tray. Drizzle chicken with olive oil and season withsalt and pepper.
  • Insert the food tray at top position in the preheated oven.
  • Select the Air Fry function, adjust time to 15 minutes, andpress Start/Pause.
  • Remove when the chicken breast reaches an internaltemperature of 160°F. Allow the chicken to rest for 5minutes.
  • Brush the chermoula sauce over the chicken, or servechicken with chermoula sauce on the side
