Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup gluten free panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoons ground paprika
  • ½ tablespoons garlic powder
  • ¼ tablespoons onion powder
  • ½ tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoons kosher salt
  • ½ tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray
  • ¾ cup buffalo wing sauce, warm
  • Ranch or bleu cheese dressing,for serving

Instructions
 

  • Combine panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder,onion powder, cayenne pepper, kosher salt, and blackpepper in a large bowl. Set aside.
  • Toss together cauliflower and cornstarch until thecauliflower is lightly coated.
  • Shake any excess cornstarch off the cauliflower, then dipinto beaten eggs, then into seasoned breadcrumbs.
  • Spray the breaded cauliflower with cooking spray, placeinto the fry basket, and set aside. You may need to work inbatches.
  • Select the Preheat function on the Cosori Smart Air FryerToaster Oven, adjust temperature to 380°F, and pressStart/Pause.
  • Insert the fry basket with the cauliflower at top position inthe preheated oven.
  • Select the Air Fry and Shake functions, adjust time to 30minutes, and press Start/Pause.
  • Flip the cauliflower halfway through cooking. The ShakeReminder will let you know when.
  • Remove when done and place into a large bowl.
  • Toss the cauliflower in the buffalo wing sauce until theyare well coated.
  • Serve with a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
