Course Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • White chocolate melts
  • Silicone sphere mold
  • Hot chocolate mix
  • Toppings and/ormarshmallows
  • Candy thermometer

Instructions
 

  • Place silicone sphere mold onflat surface.
  • Heat and temper your chocolate(temper to 95°).
  • Take a spoonful or two of your meltedchocolate and layer into your mold.Flip and let excess chocolate drip out.
  • Let them sit on the counter for afew minutes then pop into therefrigerator upside down for aboutfour minutes. Remove and place in thefreezer, chocolate side up, for abouttwo minutes
  • Carefully pull away the silicone fromyour chocolate.
  • Fill your bombs with hot chocolatemix and toppings, then seal withwarm chocolate.
  • After sealing, place back into thefridge to harden.
