BIANCA’S PEPPERMINT BARK BROWNIES

Course Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 + 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 + 1/4 cups all-purposeflour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 10-12 white chocolatepeppermint candies

Instructions
 

  • Beat eggs, cocoa powder, salt, vanillaextract and baking powder togetherfor about 3 minutes.
  • While the egg mixture is beating, meltthe butter in a heavy-bottomed pot.
  • Once the butter is melted, add in thesugar and mix until well combined.
  • Add into the egg mixture. Then addin the flour and chocolate chips andwhite chocolate peppermint candies.
  • Pour the batter into a greased 9x13inch pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or untila toothpick comes out clean.
