Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 15 oz semi-sweet chocolate(for melting)

Instructions
 

  • In the bowl of your stand mixer fitted withthe paddle attachment combine the peanutbutter and butter, mixing on medium speeduntil smooth.
  • Turn mixer to low and add in the powderedsugar and graham cracker crumbs, mixinguntil evenly incorporated. Mixture will bethick.
  • Using a small cookie scoop (about 1tablespoon), portion out the mixtureand roll into balls. Place them on a largeparchment lined baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least30 minutes to chill.
  • In a medium bowl melt the chocolate in25- second increments, stirring after eachuntil smooth.
  • Using a fork, dip each peanut butter ballinto the melted chocolate, tapping off theexcess. Place back on the parchment linedbaking sheet. Repeat with all balls.
  • Drizzle any extra chocolate on top of theballs.
  • Allow the chocolate to set before storing.
