Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz individually wrappedcaramels, unwrapped
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 60 large marshmallows (freshand soft are best)
  • 8 cup Rice Krispies

Instructions
 

  • In a dbl. boiler over medium low, heat and melt the caramels andsweetened condensed milk and butter until smooth. I do this inthe microwave but stir often and be careful not to scorch.
  • In a medium mixing bowl place a couple cups of Rice Krispies.Line a large baking pan with waxed paper.
  • Drop a marshmallow into the caramel using a fork (I use atoothpick) in each hand to maneuver the marshmallow.
  • Quicklycover the marshmallow with caramel and lift out with onefork and tap the fork on the side of the bowl to force excesscaramel down through forks tines and wipe fork tines on rimof bowl.
  • Transfer marshmallow to the bowl of rice cereal. With a third fork or toothpick roll marshmallow in rice cereal. Oncemarshmallow is coated, transfer it to the prepared baking pan.Repeat.
  • Store in the refrigerator or for longer storage you may freezethese as well.
