Ingredients
  

Small Batch (2 Loaves)

  • 1 Cup Warm Milk
  • 1 Cup Warm Water
  • 4 Tbsp Butter, Softened
  • 4 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp 1/2 Instant Yeast
  • 4 Cups 1/2 – 6 White Flour

Large Batch (6 Loaves)

  • 3 Cup Warm Milk
  • 3 Cup Warm Water
  • 1/2 Sticks Butter, Softened
  • 3/4 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Instant Yeast
  • 13 – 17 Cups White Flour

Instructions
 

  • With dough hook in place, addmilk, water, butter, sugar, salt,about half of the flour, and theyeast into the mixing bowl. Use the“M” switch to incorporate.
  • Optional step: for enhanced flavorand texture, allow the batter to sitfor 15-30 minutes, until it becomesbubbly.
  • Slowly increase to Speed 2 andcontinue adding remaining flour,a little at a time, until the doughpulls away from the sides of thebowl. You may not need all of theflour. Continue kneading at Speed2 for 5-6 minutes until the dough issmooth and elastic.
  • . Let rise in bowl until doubled in size.
  • Punch down dough place ontofloured counter and divide doughinto equal portions, shape intoloaves and place into greased loafpans. (Or make into one of thefollowing recipes)
  • Once loafs have doubled in sizebake at 350ºF for 30-40 minutesor until golden brown and internaltemperature reaches 190ºF-200ºF.
