Course Pot Stickers

Ingredients
  

Pot Stickers

  • 1 lb Pork Loin
  • 3 Green Onions
  • 1/3 Head of Cabbage
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • Package Dumpling Wraps or
  • Wonton Wrappers

Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Chopped Green Onion
  • tsp Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1 Minced Garlic Clove

Instructions
 

  • Add cabbage, green onions, garlic and meat tothe meat grinder.
  • Place ground mixture in frying pan on mediumheat. Cook until meat is done and vegetablesare soft. Add garlic, ginger, sesame oil and soysauce, let cool.
  • Place 1 Tbsp of mixture on center of dumplingwrapper. Fold the wrappers in half and seal with alittle bit of water.
  • Fry and steam pot stickers. Add 2 tbsp oil to a panand cook on medium-high. Add 3/4 cup waterand steam 6-8 minutes. Once water evaporates,add 2 tbsp oil and cook for 1 min.

For the sauce:

  • Combine all sauce ingredients andmix well. Serve with pot stickers.
