Course pesto

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 3 Cloves Garlic (Peeled)
  • 1/4 Cup Pine Nuts (or Walnuts)(Pine Nuts can be toasted inoven for several minutes)
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil (or Garlic Oil)

Instructions
 

  • Place basil, garlic, pine nuts, cheese, salt andpepper in Bosch Food Processor.
  • Process until a thick paste is formed.
  • With machine running, slowly add olive oil, (1 Tbspat a time). Mixture should be smooth.
  • Refrigerate and use as desired.
