Instructions
 

  • Roll dough into a rectangle the width of your bread pan.Spread with melted or softened butter, if desired. Sprinklebrown sugar and cinnamon down the center of the dough,leaving a small border on each side. Top with raisins.
  • Beginning at one short end, roll the dough into a loaf. Pinchthe seam to seal and place in a greased loaf pan. Let riseuntil doubled.
  • Bake at 350ºF for 30-40 minutes, or until done. Drizzle witha powdered sugar glaze.

Notes

Tip
Soak raisins in warm apple juice for 20 minutes to soften.
