Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Quorn BreadedFishless Fillets (2 pieces)
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 small Vegan tortilla wraps
  • Coriander
  • Vegan creme fraîche

For the guacamole:

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 green chili
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lime
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Fishless Fillets accordingto the instructions on pack.
  • Slice the tomatoes and cucumber,shred the carrot and remove the lettuceleaves from the stalk.
  • To make the guacamole, mash theavocado with the de-seeded chilli and thegarlic. Mix together with the juice of thelime, then season with salt and pepper.
  • In a griddle pan, quickly heat the tortillabreads on each side.
  • Break the fillets and serve in thetortilla bread, with the vegetables,guacamole and vegan creme fraîche.Garnish with coriander.
  • Alternatively, if you want to leave thetortilla’s out of the recipe you can uselettuce leaves to create a natural wrapfor the rest of the yummy ingredients.
