Course Dessert

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Almond Breeze Unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp corn-starch
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean

Toppings:

  • 1 passion fruit and one tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Heat the Almond Breeze over a medium heatand stir in the sugar.
  • In a small bowl mix corn-starch with 2 tbsp ofcold water.
  • Slowly pour the corn-starch mixture into theAlmond Breeze pan, whisking constantly.
  • Add in salt and vanilla andstir until thickened.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil for 15 secondsand remove from the heat.
  • Pour mixture into serving moulds.
  • Cover with cling film and refrigerate until setor until your desired temperature.
  • Add your desired toppings.
