- 1 1/2 cups sushi rice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- 7 cups Almond Breeze Unsweetened
- Fresh berries and figs
- Add rinsed rice, sugar, vanilla and salt to asaucepan and one cup of Almond Breeze.
- Over low heat, continue to stir occasionallyuntil everything has been absorbed.
- Continue to add Almond Breeze until ricepudding is creamy and thick.
- Remove from heat and spoon into glasses.
- Top each jar with berries and figs.
