Ingredients
  

  • 150 ml Almond Breeze Original
  • 2 Fresh Kiwifruit
  • 1 Fresh Mango
  • 10 g Agar Jelly Powder
  • 90 ml Water
  • 3 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a small pot, add 30ml water,1/3 of agar jelly power and 1 tbspsugar and stir until combined.Bring to a boil under medium heat,stirring frequently until all agarjelly powder has dissolved.
  • Add Almond Breeze into agar jellymixture and stir until combined.Divide half of the agar jelly mixtureand pour into two flute glasses.Allow it set in the fridge for an hour.
  • Cut mango into cubes and spoonhalf of the mango into a blenderand blend until smooth.Store remaining mango cubes in acontainer for later use.
  • Repeat step 1 adding in mangopuree and stir until combined.Add to flute glassand allow to set in the fridgefor one hour.
  • Cut kiwifruit into cubes and blanchin boiling water for 10 seconds.Blend half of the kiwi cubes in ablender and add mixture to flutes.Allow to set for an hour in thefridge. Store remaining kiwi cubesin container for later use.
  • Top flutes with remaining mangoand kiwi cubes.
